Wellness Counseling and Consulting accepts: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Money Order, Health Savings Account, ACH Bank Transfer and FSA. No personal checks are accepted. Full payment is required at the time that services are rendered.
Self-Pay Option - This option is for clients who are uninsured, underinsured, elect not to use their insurance or want to be seen sooner or more frequently. All clients have the option to pay for their services independently, even if they have insurance.
Sliding Scale - The sliding scale is an income-based payment option for those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us directly for additional information.
Insurance - We currently accept the following insurance providers: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Evernorth(formerly known as Cigna) and Mutual of Omaha. We recommend you review your coverage with your insurance provider or human resources representative to confirm the mental health benefits included in your plan. It is YOUR responsibility to know about your coverage. ALL co-pays are due at the time of service.
Out-of-Network - If you currently have insurance that we are not an in-network provider for, you can request, that we provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement at your insurance provider's discretion.
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If a notice is provided on the same day of the scheduled appointment, a $55.00 fee will be incurred and charged to your most current payment method on file. You will be charged the full rate of your scheduled session for any missed or no call/no shows for appointments. This fee will be the responsibility of the client and cannot be billed to your insurance.
