Joy has over 13 years of experience as a clinician, working with adults and children and providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Joy's professional journey in the behavioral health field spans several years and diverse roles, each contributing to her comprehensive understanding and practical skills. Her experience includes working in juvenile probation, the Indiana Department of Corrections, residential treatment, and the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). Notably, she gained valuable professional experience as a forensic child interviewer for sexual abuse cases, a role that honed her ability to provide sensitive and effective care.
Joy attended Indiana State University, where she double majored in Criminology and Political Science. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology in 2003. Joy attended Martin University and graduated with a Master of Science degree in Community Psychology in 2009. Joy is currently a licensed mental health clinician in the state of Indiana. She is also trained as a credentialed sexual abuse youth clinician (CSAYC). With this additional credentialing, Joy provides assessment, treatment, and care to youth who struggle with sexually reactive behaviors.
Joy's dedication to her profession and community is evident in her role as the President of the Central Indiana Association of Black Social Workers (CI-ABSW). This leadership position reflects her commitment to promoting mental health awareness and advocating for the needs of her community. Outside of work, Joy cherishes time with her family, finds solace in attending church, and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel.

Gabrielle (Gabie) has over 12 years of experience as a clinician, specializing in working with children, adults, and families impacted by complex trauma.
Gabie is trained in TF-CBT, CBT, MI, and EMDR.
Gabie also has over six years of experience as a trained and credentialed Sexual Abuse Youth Clinician (CSAYC). This credential has allowed Gabrielle to provide services for youth with sexually reactive and/ or sexually harmful behaviors.
In 2022, Gabrielle received the Bobby Jones Award from the Advocacy and Training Alliance(INJSOP). This is an annual award given to a therapist who has done exceptional work in the field.
Teresa Parker | MA, LMHC-A

Graduating from Ball State University in July of 2023, I bring over 3 years of one-on-one experience guiding individuals through their personal journeys. Specializing in Youth (Ages 12+) and Adults, my passion is to ignite and nurture young minds while supporting adults in their personal growth. Dedicated to uplifting the BIPOC community, I guide individuals through the intricate landscape of interpersonal relationships, attachment styles, and the impacts of simple or complex traumas. Together, we illustrate a course toward healing the wounds of systemic oppression.

Affirming that people are the experts in their own experiences, I have had the privilege of walking alongside teens, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and the impacts of complex trauma. I am trained in TF-CBT, ACT, CBT, and MI, and I am a credentialed Sexual Abuse Youth Clinician (CSAYC). I truly believe that everyone has the ability to grow and change. My goal is to help individuals discover their strengths and navigate challenges with confidence, creating a life that aligns with their values.
